  • If you get an error during a webinar registration, go to your profile page here. Please verify all the fields are filled in and click the “Save Profile” button.

    This should refresh your account and permit you to complete your webinar registration. If you still have issues, please reach out to chat support.

  • Your personal join link is sent to you through email. (Sometimes this will hide in your promotions or spam folder.) If you can’t locate this message, please reach out and we can re-send your login details.

  • Your training courses are available in your Insider Dashboard. The training section will display all purchased and free trainings.
